RG-16 Wiring Diagrams Now Available - Nov 4, 2008
We’ve just posted a collection of diagrams showing different ways the RG-16 can be used to build different types of rigs. We’ll be adding more diagrams as time goes on. If you have any suggestions on diagrams you’d like to see, please let us know!
Custom MIDI controller for Chris Squire - Oct 20, 2008
This is a fun project we did a short while ago - a full custom MIDI controller for Chris Squire of Yes. Chris needed an replacement for the seriously road-worn pre-MIDI controller he’d been using for 30 years(!). The only trick was that he needed it ASAP.
The top two rows are for selecting different programs for his MIDI switcher, and the bottom two rows are an octave for playing bass notes from a sampler.
This was pulled off from start to finish in 4 very long days! I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to do this and hope this one lasts at least another 30 years!
